DVD converter lets you extract movies or clips from your DVDs selecting audio track and subtitle, change the same output parameters as in video converter, set start and end points to rip a clip or segment, and let the application shutdown your computer after the process is done.

If you want a complete solution to convert video files and extract your DVDs to reproduce them on your 3GP compatible cell phone, this might be a good choice. It would be better with a single interface to handle both actions, and some additional tools but it is ok.
